• Private sale close (6th Halving)

• Isla de lobos is transferred to Isla de Lobos DAO

• Work begins on Isla de Lobos

• Public sale starts

• +6 months - 6 Bungalows for development and experimentation

• +12 months - Central area Club House Inauguration & 10 Bungalows

• +24 months - Inauguration of the Spa Hotel & 20 Bungalows

• +30 months - First subdivisions on the coasts of the Río Negro & Río Yaguari & 20 Bungalows

• +36 months - 20 Hotel Bungalows + the marina + interior areas of the island with first 50 units delivered.

• +48 months - 10% of the units built & inauguration of the private airport.
