• Article 1: Legislative Branch: the Voyagers Council makes the laws for the Isla de Lobos DAO. Council has two parts, called "Cabinet," the Executive Representatives and The 33.

• Article 2: Executive Branch: the President, Vice-President, Cabinet, and Departments under the Cabinet Secretaries carry out the laws made by Council.

• Article 3: Judicial Branch: All judges are appointed for life unless they resign due to bad behavior. The Judges under Isla de Lobos articles decide criminal and civil court cases according to the correct federal, state, and local laws.

• Article 4: Judge' powers: Judges have the power to make and carry out new laws. Laws that are related to the people and problems of Isla de Lobos.

• Article 5: Amendments: The Constitution can be changed. New amendments can be added to Isla de Lobos Constitution with the approval by a two-thirds vote of the Judges and three-fourth vote by the Council.

• Article 6: Local powers: Isla de Lobos Constitution is not superior to state and local laws. All laws must be in accordance with the Constitution of Uruguay.

• Article 7: Council must limit when and how much its members are paid.

• Article 8: People have freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of assembly, and the right to petition the Government.

• Article 9: The government must follow the law (due process) before punishing a person.

• Article 10: The President and Vice President are elected on a party ticket and cannot serve for more than two terms.

• Article 11: Isla de Lobos council can tax expenses to property owners.

• Article 12: Members have the right to vote.
